- Car Owners: Users who list their vehicles for rent on the application.
- Renters: Users who rent vehicles listed on the application.
- Services: Refers to the car rental services provided through the application, including listing, renting, boosting ads, and payments.
3. User Accounts
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.
- Whips is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Car Listing and Rental
a. Car Owners:
- Owners can list their vehicles by providing accurate details, including the car’s condition, rental price, and availability.
- Owners are responsible for maintaining their listed vehicles in a safe and operable condition.
- Owners can boost their ads by using the ad-boosting feature, subject to additional charges.
b. Renters:
- Renters can browse listed vehicles, select rental periods, and make payments for the rental.
- Renters must adhere to the terms of the rental agreement provided by the Owner.
- Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.
5. Payments
- Payments are processed securely through Square payment integration.
- Whips does not store sensitive payment information such as credit card details.
- All fees, including rental charges and ad-boosting fees, are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the Refund Policy.
6. Ad-Boosting Feature
- Car Owners can boost their ads to increase visibility.
- Fees for boosting ads are displayed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.
7. Liability and Insurance
- Whips is not liable for any damages, accidents, or disputes arising from car rentals.
- Car Owners are responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage for their vehicles.
- Renters are advised to review and comply with the insurance terms provided by the Car Owner.
8. User Responsibilities
- Users must use the application lawfully and ethically.
- Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, misuse the application, or provide false information.
- Renters and Owners are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably. Whips may assist in mediation but is not obligated to resolve disputes.
9. Notifications
- Notifications about bookings, payments, and other updates will be sent via the app.
- Users must ensure notification settings are enabled to receive updates.
10. Data Privacy
Whips handles user information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Sensitive payment information is not stored by Whips and is processed securely by third-party providers.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and trademarks within the application are the property of Whips. Users may not reproduce or distribute any part of the application without prior written consent.
12. Termination of Use
Whips reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms and Conditions. Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support.
